Terms of Use

Acceptance. By using Beamship — pasting/uploading code, creating an account, or subscribing — you agree to these Terms.

The service. Beamship lets you paste HTML or upload a single-file React/Vite component, image, PDF, or zip, and publishes it as a static site at a subdomain (random or chosen) of beamship.app, or your own connected custom domain. An account is optional for basic use, but is required to manage sites long-term, subscribe to a paid tier, use the public API, or capture visitor leads. Free-tier sites are hosted for 30 days from publication and are then automatically deleted. Our extension mechanism may extend this period for a fee.

Accounts. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, or the security of the Google/GitHub account you used to sign in) confidential, and for all activity under your account. Beamship may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, in addition to removing a specific published site.

Subscriptions & billing. Paid tiers are billed and managed through Stripe’s own Checkout and Billing Portal. You can cancel or change plans at any time through the Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Beamship does not independently guarantee refunds beyond what Stripe’s own payment processing terms provide.

Acceptable use.

You may not use Beamship (including its public API or MCP server) to publish, upload, or transmit content that:

  • Is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to Mexico;
  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Is malware, a phishing page, or otherwise designed to harm, deceive, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • Impersonates a real person or organization without authorization;
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
  • Attempts to circumvent rate limits, abuse the free tier through automated/bulk account or site creation, or otherwise interferes with the service's normal operation for other users.

Enforcement. Beamship may remove or disable access to any published site, and may suspend or terminate any account, at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion — including but not limited to violations of the above. For anonymous (no-account) sites, enforcement acts on the specific site and/or the originating IP address, since there is no account to act on instead.

Takedown requests. Report abuse or copyright infringement to support@beamship.app. Beamship will act on valid copyright infringement notices and clearly illegal content reports in a commercially reasonable timeframe.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is.” Beamship does not guarantee uptime, that published sites will remain available for any minimum period beyond what’s stated, or that the service is free of bugs or interruptions.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beamship and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data from site expiration or removal.

Changes. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with venue in Mérida, Yucatán, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
